Roamray is a single-tier program. Booking opens with a 30% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 70% is due six weeks before departure. International airfare is not included — you book your own, and if you’d like we can offer preferential fares on a few partner-airline routes; read more below.

It isn’t bundled into the program fee, and you’re welcome to book your own flights. If you’d like a hand, we have preferential fares on a few fixed routes with select partner airlines — tell us your departure city and dates and we’ll share what’s available. No obligation, no markup.

— 01What's the latest we can cancel and recover the balance?＋
Up to 6 weeks before departure, the 70% balance is fully refundable. The 30% deposit is non-refundable from the moment it is paid. After 6 weeks, written requests are reviewed case by case.
— 02What happens if Roamray cancels the cohort?＋
A cohort runs at 24–30 students, and we start at the minimum of 24. If we fail to reach that minimum, or cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund — including the deposit — or your seat is transferred to the next cohort, at your choice.
— 03Is the price per student or per family?＋
Per student. There is no family rate. Siblings are not bundled; each seat is a seat.
— 04Are payments secure?＋
Cards are processed by Stripe Checkout — they never touch our servers. Wire transfers (Wise or bank) are available for higher amounts.
