Terms & refund policy

The program fee is USD 9,999, all-inclusive of tuition, accommodation, in-program transport and meals. International airfare is not included in the price — you book your own flights, or on request we can offer preferential fares on a few fixed routes with select partner airlines.

Payment is a 30% deposit to reserve your seat and a 70% balance due before departure, both on Stripe's secure hosted page (we never see or store your card number).

If we cancel a cohort — for example a group does not reach the minimum of 24 students — you receive a full refund of everything paid, or may transfer to another season or postpone, at your choice. If you cancel, refunds follow the schedule in your signed enrolment agreement.

Privacy (GDPR)

We collect only what we need: your name and email to process a booking or a newsletter sign-up, your country/region (optional) for entry guidance, and first-touch UTM/referral data for attribution. We never collect or store passport or card numbers.

Your data is stored in data centres in Germany (EU) and is processed under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is encrypted at rest, and we do not sell it or transfer it outside this framework.

Newsletter sign-ups are double opt-in — we email a confirmation and only add you to the list once you click it. You can unsubscribe at any time, and you may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

Essential cookies are needed to run the site. Non-essential analytics cookies (and any advertising pixels) load only after you accept — until then the tag manager is not loaded and the four Google Consent Mode v2 categories (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) stay denied. You can change your choice any time by clearing this site's storage; the consent banner will appear again.
